1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lodi645 ("lodi645," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the lodi645 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of lodi645, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify lodi645 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

lodi645 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms. Account balances associated with suspended accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your lodi645 account or any rights therein to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

lodi645 supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your lodi645 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified accounts receive GCash withdrawals within approximately 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Real-money funds deposited without a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements.

lodi645 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

lodi645 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

• lodi645 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed at the relevant table.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, lodi645 reserves the right to void the affected round and return wagers to players.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting systems, or engage in any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Collusion between players is strictly prohibited. lodi645 monitors gameplay patterns and reserves the right to investigate and act on suspected collusion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodi645 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lodi645 Platform — including but not limited to the lodi645 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of lodi645 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the lodi645 Platform without prior written consent from lodi645.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodi645 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or server downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.

lodi645's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodi645 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lodi645's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Privacy & Data

lodi645 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lodi645 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and lodi645 cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Responsible Gaming
